Our 2×3 Safety Spotter Arms are created with 11-gauge steel, they have UHMW Plastic Liners to protect your bars from being damaged. Our 2×3 Safety Spotter Arms are compatible 2×3 rigs like our Squat + Pull Up Rack. These are perfect for weightlifting in your garage gym or facility without a spotter. Perfect for back squats and bench press which can be adjusted to match your height requirements.

Our Safety Spotter Arms are designed and built overseas for our Garage Series Squat Racks, but they will fit many other brands of 2″ x 3″ rig- or you can even build your own rig.

Looking for spotter arms for a Titan T-3 Series Rack?

We’ve got your back! Our 2×3 Spotter Arms will fit the T-3 Series Racks from Titan Fitness.

The pin diameter on our 2×3 Safety Spotter Arms is 15mm and the depth of the hook that wraps around the upright is 76.3mm. Titan uses 50x75mm tubing on their racks, so we can confirm that our spotter arms will work with the Titan T-3 Series Racks.

A: If your rack or cage has 1 inch holes, then check out our 3X3 spotter arms that are designed to fit that configuration. These 2X3 Spotter arms are only compatible with 2X3 uprights with 5/8″holes.
